Natural Process

Rich color. Genuinely delicious.

Grown under the tropical Guimaras sun, our red dragon fruits are prized for their deep magenta flesh and high antioxidant count. We harvest them at full color maturity to capture their natural sweet flavor.

By simmering the fruit pulp slowly, we maintain the bright visual hue without relying on synthetic dyes or gelatins. Just pure dragon fruit pulp, pectin, and cane sugar.

Our Process

Crafted with Care and Patience

    Harvest

    We select ripe red-flesh dragon fruits from our farm cacti.

  2. 02

    Mash

    We peel and mash the vibrant pink flesh, keeping the seeds intact.

  3. 03

    Cook

    The pulp is cooked with natural fruit pectin and sugar.

  4. 04

    Jar

    We pack the beautiful hot jelly into sterilized glass jars.
