Guimaras Wonder’s Farm has been growing and sharing the best mangoes from Guimaras for years. Rose Griesser, from Bulacan, and her husband Erwin, from Austria, left hotel work in Manila to plant eight hectares in Alaguisoc, Jordan.
We handle everything ourselves, from tending the mango trees to preparing our products in our own kitchen, through Rose’s own production company, Kitzsteinhorn Food Production.
The Sweetest Heritage
The Mango That Put Guimaras on the Map
Guimaras Mango is the first Geographical Indication registered in the Philippines, the same legal category that protects Champagne and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Rose Griesser chairs the Guimaras Mango Growers and Producers Development Cooperative, the body that registered it in 2018, and Guimaras Wonder’s Farm is the named supplier on the export carton.

Grown
Our fruit trees are cared for using natural farming methods and healthy soil — Oriental Herbal Nutrients, a herbal insecticide brewed on site, and vermicompost from African night crawlers.

Harvested
Carabao mango is bagged by hand on the branch, then cut when a refractometer says the sugar is where it should be — not when the calendar says so.

Prepared
Washed, hot water treated to the Geographical Indication standard, then graded by hand on the shared grading floor. No chemicals at any step.

Delivered
Fresh fruit ships against the next harvest date. PhilPost handles local delivery; Airspeed and Philippine Airlines carry it inter-island; G5 International and Etmar handle export freight. Lead times to be confirmed.

Our Story
More Than a Farm
Rose Griesser is from Bulacan. Erwin Griesser is from Austria. They met working for a big hotel in Manila, then left it to plant trees on eight hectares in Alaguisoc, Jordan. Their son Christian Philipp works in the business now.
