Spicy Bagoong
Traditional Filipino shrimp paste cooked slowly with farm aromatics, with a spicy kick
₱172.50
Our traditional bagoong is carefully prepared using premium coastal shrimp fry. Sautéed slowly in small batches in garlic, vinegar, and coconut oil, it is the perfect savory companion for raw green mangoes, grilled pork, and rich stews. This batch is infused with red hot chilies grown on our own farm for a bold, fiery finish. Our Original Bagoong is sold separately.

Natural Process
Hand-cooked Comfort in Small Batches
Commercial bagoong is often rushed and filled with stabilizers and chemical fillers. At Guimaras Wonder's Farm, we let the shrimp cure slowly to develop a deep, aromatic salt profile first, then cook it gently with pure local garlic.
This traditional technique brings out the sweet and savory notes of the shrimp, offering a clean, comforting taste. It has a beautiful texture that perfectly clings to every fresh mango slice.
